We are a team of Inventory Clerks with many years of providing property Inventory Services. Proud Property Inventories was formed as we felt there needed to be a better quality of service which focused more on providing fantastic, speedy, accurate and reliable reports instead of focusing on getting as much Inventory bookings as possible.

Proud Property Inventories was conceived during the pandemic and has now been formed to provide landlords, tenants and agents with an Inventory service provider they can turn to for a team of professional inventory clerks providing 1st class Inventory reports.

Our aim is to offer our services so that all of our customers will never experience the feeling of being let down. Our team has an in-depth knowledge of the sector and understand the challenges faced by lettings agents and landlords.
