While not a legal necessity, signing reports is highly recommended to prevent disputes. We can directly share the report, track signatures, and send automated reminders after 3 days. Recording sent reports, recipients, and monitoring link access is part of our process. A disclaimer mandates electronic signing within 5 working days, deeming the report accepted if not returned. Tenants can make amendments within five days using the 'tenants comments' box online; PDFs are not accepted.

Kindly provide the complete property address, specify the number of bedrooms, mention whether it's furnished, and clarify if it's a house or flat. Additionally, share the preferred method of access. If we are meeting the tenant, we'll need their details for scheduling. Alternatively, we can offer time slot options for your tenants.

Inventory-only reports lack details such as smoke alarm testing, key information, and meter readings. Consequently, the booker/landlord or agent must record this essential information, especially considering the legal requirement for smoke alarm testing documentation. Many of our clients prefer a comprehensive inventory check-in report, consolidating all necessary information in one convenient document for streamlined check-out procedures.

You have multiple options to schedule a booking that suits your convenience. Feel free to contact us via email at booking@proudpropertyinventories.co.uk, fill out our online booking form, or if you have a client account, easily log in to InventoryBase.

Certainly. We offer key collection and delivery services within a 20-minute travel radius of the property.
